DUTIES: With high level of independent decision making authority and direct supervision will be responsible for the following: Develop process flow for custom design devices, Final electrical Parametric testing for processed wafers, monitor diffusion, process control and improvement cycle time for small signal bi-polar devices, responsible for document control system and Quality Assurance.
